Three steps to a good day.
Tell us your dates and location
Choose your care and share a little about your dog. Your request is saved and you receive an on-screen reference.
We confirm availability
Tess checks the fit, arranges a short conversation and confirms the hours and total price with you.
You receive your care plan
Once agreed in writing, we finalise handover, emergency contacts and your dog’s routine. Then you can enjoy your plans.
Before their first day
We arrange a short phone, Zoom or FaceTime conversation and, where needed, an in-person introduction. Your quote confirms the care hours, inclusions, total price and payment instructions. We agree your routine, handover, emergency contact and veterinary consent before care begins.
Local repeat bookings
Choose repeat care in the booking form and share your preferred days and times. Dates are confirmed individually in writing; submitting a request does not reserve a recurring slot.
