Guide prices are in Australian dollars for one dog. Additional pets, travel, early starts, late returns and extended hours are quoted before confirmation. Daytime care includes company and rest, with activities tailored to your dog; it is not four or eight hours of continuous exercise. Transport is included only when specifically agreed in your quote.
At your home or suitable holiday accommodation, with the property’s permission. Boarding at Tess’s home is not offered. We focus on private care and do not run group walks.
Have your dog’s routine, suitable lead or harness, food instructions, vet and emergency contact ready. We arrange keys and access codes privately after confirmation.
Early fishing trips, late dinners and repeat walks can be discussed. Service dates vary between Mallacoota and Lakes Entrance; no date is reserved until confirmed in writing.

Tess checks the fit, arranges a short conversation and confirms the hours and total price with you.
Once agreed in writing, we finalise handover, emergency contacts and your dog’s routine. Then you can enjoy your plans.
