Tell Tess how your dog responds to new people, other dogs and time away from you. Include triggers, escape risks and what helps them feel safe. An introduction may be arranged before care.
Prepare food notes, a suitable lead or harness, vet details and an emergency contact. Arrange keys and access codes privately. Confirm permission to provide care at your accommodation.
Choose whether you want private photo updates. Public sharing is a separate permission. If plans change, contact Tess promptly and read the cancellation policy.
